This elegant & spacious villa with a luxury pool & spa is a 6 bed, 3 bathroom executive air conditioned villa in Disney’s most prestigious community. The villa has been fully refurbished for 2008. Perfect for family groups of up to 12 persons.
Outside, step onto the extended deck that surrounds the luxury pool / spa area which also provides an ample seating area complimented by luxury tables / 5* comfort premium padded seating & private patio loungers, top of the range spa / hot tub to sooth away those theme park aching muscles!, and a fully resurfaced swimming pool with evening underwater led lighting to add that magical touch, all fully refurbished for 2008.
Here you can choose to soak up ‘the rays’ in the warm Florida sunshine or laze around in the sumptuous loungers! You will also find a fully installed child proof safety fence separating the seating area from pool. This can be removed by guests if preferred. Our wonderful pool area offers excellent privacy & seclusion features for your relaxation & comfort with no other villas facing directly onto it.
King Palm is loaded with everything you would come to expect from a top of the line executive villa including fully refurbished a state of the art FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED games room with full size pool table, 7ft air-hockey table, basketball, and dartboard table with bar stools for your comfort and enjoyment. The main family room comes complete with a MASSIVE top of the range state of the art 60” projector TV, DVD, VCR, board games for the family, ample seating for all guests, cocktail tables, and much much more!
The second family is sure to keep kids and adults alike occupied with both a play station and x-box on offer for your pleasure and entertainment. In addition this is hooked up to a 40” plasma TV, a top of the range home cinema system with I-POD doc compatibility & DVD.
Just off of the second family room there is an evening dining area for guests decorated and furnished to the highest standard. There are also 2 IPOD compatible top of the range stereo systems provided for your enjoyment.
Also, the villa comes with a full fitted and equipped kitchen complimented by a stunning nook area over looking the pool. An extensive range of appliances are on offer for your convenience all completely new for 2008 including oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine & dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, & more. All kitchen crockery & utensils are also provided with some Disney themed for the kids! A range of hair dryers, hair straighteneres, towels, and all liners are available as standard for your use. Please note that as standard all of our liners are professionally laundered for your extended comfort at no additional cost to you. This is not a standard vacation home! The furnishings throughout have been personally selected by the owner and are all of the highest standard and quality. Every bedroom comes complete with cable TV, top of the range TV’s, & DVD facilities. 24 hour high speed internet access is available as standard.
The villa also comes complete with 2 child friendly, Disney themed triple bedrooms for the comfort and enjoyment of our younger guests. We offer a range of baby equipment including travel cot / portable crib, baby monitors, high chair, baby walker, and bottle warmer. The property has been fully child proofed and is completely child safe and friendly. Socket covers, night lights, and a pool child safety fence come as standard. We also have safety locks bolted to the patio doors for extra piece of mind.
